A search for the historical Merlin, whom the author believes to have been a Welsh druid, but not contemporary with King Arthur. He draws parallels with Norse myths and Siberian shamanism to throw new light on the stories. Top edge of text block soiled, slightly affecting tops of end papers, otherwise a very good +, clean and tight copy in like (some slight edge creasing) d/w £6
